On 14 October 2025, students from Pendle Community High School & College participated in an Ada Lovelace Day webinar hosted by NCCE and STEM Learning. The session introduced students to the legacy of Ada Lovelace and her impact on the IT field. They engaged with female IT professionals who shared their career journeys, offering valuable insights and inspiration. Students explored the role of AI in technology and had the opportunity to ask questions about careers in IT, making the event both informative and empowering for learners across KS3, KS4, and KS5.
