The whole school threw themselves into World Book Day this year with everyone dressing up as ‘Where’s Wally.’ We had a wonderful morning attending an assembly about World Book Day and talking about some great books that everyone would enjoy reading; we did a ‘Hunt the Wally’ Treasure Trail and spent time in our classes talking about the books we read for pleasure and doing book-based activities. Our sensory learners thoroughly enjoyed going on a Bear Hunt in the sensory garden which looked like fabulous fun.
